Troy O’Brien is the Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Coordinator at Kingston International College. With over 20 years of experience working as a chef, Troy has recently transitioned into training others, sharing the knowledge he has gained from his extensive travels and work in various countries. This new chapter in his career has been incredibly rewarding, as he enjoys encouraging the next generation of chefs, sharing his experiences and passion for culinary arts, and watching his students develop their unique styles.
