Kate is an Administrative and Student Support Officer with over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources (HR) field. Graduating in 2016 with a cum laude award and a Psychology degree, she also successfully passed the Psychometrician licensure examination in the Philippines. She is also a member at the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
Her roles have ranged from HR analyst, focusing on refining organisational policies, to Labor Relations Officer, collaborating with legal professionals and trade unions to advocate for employee well-being and better employee experience through negotiations and organisational development.
Her passion for understanding human complexities and connecting with individuals has steered her towards pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Looking ahead, her aspiration is to drive positive change by actively contributing to fostering and maintaining psychological safety in the workplace.
